About Family Case Manager

What does a Family Case Manager do?

We, the family case managers, protect the children from abuse and neglect. We help the families to reunite or to decide on a permanent home for the children. Also, we find a permanent home for children who are not able to be reunited with their families. Accessing the child abuse, torture, and neglect cases and resolving them are part of our duties. We prepare valid documents, including court proceedings and court reports, and submit them for further processing.

Core tasks:

  • ensuring that the children live a safe and happy life
  • helping the families with their issues and resolving the family problems
  • locating a stable and safe home environment for the children
