It is basically three reciprocal insurance groups. This insurance group has more than 48,000 agents working independently and almost 21,000 employees. I’d owned a Farmers Insurance agency for approximately 12 years in the metro detroit area but decided to start my own independent agency and resign from Farmers. Now, i am moving to Houston Tx and looking to get back to owning a Farmers Agency.

VP of opening new territories including the states of New Jersey, Maryland, Georgia and changing the distribution models in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Job was people oriented. While opening recruiting facilities, hired over 500 employees. My purpose was to develop talent for greater positions of responsibilities and promotions. In addition to working with all department heads to drive a common goal. I was responsible for both top and bottom line results. My degree is in finance and I have the abilities to develop budgets, work with P/L statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis.

The shift hours were easy to work with.
the bad thing is that it is only a 30 min. lunch.
