Fiat Chrysler Automobiles(FCA) is a fully integrated automaker globally. Fiat Group acquired 100% ownership in Chrysler Group in early 2014 and in the same year October month, the two companies merged to create Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. FCA entered into a combination agreement with PSA in December 2019 to create a leading mobility company worldwide. Today, FCA composes manufactures and sells vehicles and related parts, engineers,services and production systems globally by utilizing over 100 manufacturing facilities and almost 40 R&D centers. FCA is registered on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FCAU” and on the Mercato Telematico Azionario under the symbol “FCA”. Abarth,Alfa,Romeo,Chrysler,Dodge,Fiat,Fiat Professional,Jeep, Lancia,Ram, and Maserati are the automotive brands included in FCA which are sold in more than 130 countries through dealers and distributors. FCA aims to create value through their relationships and bonding with dealers, customers,employees,suppliers, and communities, among others.
