Prior to working in this space, it was not on my radar. The people won me over, and the opportunities kept me on. I worked with some fun clients, and with both good and poor managers. When COVID broke, we quickly went to a remote environment, which worked very well for me. The company started to get very "progressive", then was sold to Ttech. Benefits became convoluted at best, and values diminished. When I was laid off (client left, no spaces open internally), I decided to look elsewhere instead of trying to stay on with FCR.

Pros and Cons
Remote working, decent wages
Job security is lacking. Most clients are start-ups, and often don't go far.

FCR is very unprofessional. During training the trainers act like they don’t know anything that you ask and they don’t attempt to find our for you. They will drop you without warning if you come in seasonal. They will lie to get you in to help with peek times and tell you that you could potentially get hired in fulltime while the whole time they have no intention on doing so. Then you are stuck without a way to provide for your family and take care of your business. They also tell you that your name will be passed to a recruiter to be out on another project fulltime. The recruiter don’t reach out you have to call them. They are very rude and will tell you there are no open positions without really checking. Overall my experience with FCR was absolutely horrible. They don’t deserve good employees.

Pros and Cons
Variety of clients and support channels.
Poor management. No support even being let go off programs if you are seasonal. Poor pay.

Hostile work environment. You ask for help and understanding they don’t give it to you they expect you to do it on your own your left without a leader ship for more than two months and then they start QA and you and expect your keyways to be 92 or above without any form of leader ship or teaching or guidance. QA you every other day. They say they’re there for their employees they’re not they’re there for the company they work for and to make more money they don’t pay us right they don’t listen to us they don’t care.

Pros and Cons
They provide equipment for you
No support from your leadrrship when asking for it
