The AFS IT Portal Administrator is responsible for content curation and managing ServiceNow updates and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

Content Curation

• Coordinate with Marketing to manage content on AFS Portal home page - scrolling images, banner messaging, actions & notifications, latest news highlights, etc.
• Evaluate and process requests for new pages and page modifications
• Manage article recertification process to ensure timely reviews of pages for accuracy and relevancy (1300+ articles)
• Communicate with stakeholders including article Owners/Sponsors on required actions for article maintenance
• Own AFS Portal Repository SharePoint site of job aids and content linked and searchable from AFS Portal (5k materials, 11k+ views weekly)

ServiceNow Updates and Maintenance

• Use Java and CSS to develop/maintain articles
• Enhance article metadata for better search results
• Manage updates to Portal Navigation Bar
• Work with ServiceNow team to implement and ensure 508 compliance requirements
• Promote self-service support to drive more people to AFS Help page for self resolution of common issues and requests
• Work with Accenture Portal POCs to maintain links between the two portals

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Work experience with ServiceNow, Java, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task
• Communicate with senior stakeholders
