I loved working there. I created a productive work environment. Training everyone a d learning from all my management staff and customers. I left because they were writing me up for not taking a lunch break, when I had only new people. I made a 30, 000 profit to the store during a primary election. A new boss took all the credit. I left because my son was 3. I was working 50 hrs a week.

It's a good place to sharpen both technical skills and soft skills. You'll grown in your ability to use a computer and computer systems, design and production programs, order development, Microsoft Office and Adobe. If you like production products like making canvases and posters, FedexOffice offers the opportunity to learn a variety of printed crafts. You also learn the ins and outs of shipping with the company. During my time with FedEx I worked with people I really liked and people that I put on a mask of tolerance for as my experience has been an exercise in learning how to go along to get along. The office politics and favoritism I witnessed showed a darker underbelly to this company. I had a manager blatantly sabotage another employee to prevent them from growing within the company. The inconsistency is egregious not only within the store but between stores. I've never been more anxious, nor have I been spied on more than in this company.

I experienced the same thing at Murphy, 1 manager with 4 associates. One associate was as unprofessional as they come and finally as a group all 3 of us complained about the associate 3 times within 3 months. So the manager promoted her after the entire team couldn't stand working with her.

Worked at FedEx Office for more than 20 years, and there are numerous reasons why I stayed there as long as I did. But the most important reason to me is that I was able to maintain a healthy work/life balance throughout my years there.

There’s always change….if you don’t/can’t embrace the positive in change, FedEx Office won’t work.

Absolutely the cheapest place I have ever worked. The only place I’ve ever worked out in three years you may be get a $.25 review it’s just ridiculous. A company that makes that much money can’t show any appreciation to long time employees. The management at the FedEx office stores is just a joke. Seniority means nothing and their favorites are the only ones who get promoted. I have too many awful things to say about this company just be careful.
