As a forklift operator at FedEx you are expected to be as productive as possible weather that be in your speed or loading as much freight as possible into a trailer. There is however, minimal opportunity for growth unless you are seeking management positions.

Pros and Cons
Overtime opportunities
Scheduling is not flexible

I didnā€™t have issues with the coworkers but I did have difficulties with the managers, often they wouldnā€™t help with the employees as much as they should be as well as thereā€™s this one manager I had issues with because the one time I complained about leaving on time and she got an attitude with me for it because she thought she could hold people back to clean up even thought thatā€™s part of her job as an manager

Sometimes they bought us food every once in a while

Great Place To Work but the people who run the place are not fit for the job. Itā€™s no room for self improvement because the managers pick their friends or favorite people and give them higher positions instead of making them work for it

This place has no idea how to treat employees for example no matter what the temperature is outside you either sweat to death in the summer or freeze in the winter. Company don't tell you what time you start until that day after 9am by calling their start line and if you get hurt they will document you for it
