The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is a non-profit Christian sports organization located in Kansas City, Missouri, that was formed in 1954. It employs people in offices around the United States and internationally. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes works under a religious statement created internally. This statement is made up of nine elements that are based on biblical teachings and Christian principles. There is a scripture that corresponds to each point. FCA Huddles are open to all students, however student leaders must sign a Statement of Faith and a Sexual Purity Statement. Every year, the FCA honors athletes and coaches who have excelled in certain areas of sports, community service, and Christian integrity.
