Great bunch of guys. Really respected my managers. However I only planned on a year and that’s what I did. I felt that they did not show me enough signs of advancement to make me commit to another plus I wanted to move to Lake Havasu.

Good group of employees.
Did see a lot a room for advancement.

Constant layoffs. It is their model to hire in the fall for winter then review salaries in the spring and lay people off that they feel they can save the most money on.
I worked there for multiple years with many promotions.

They will promote but then layoff when they pay you too much.
Constant job threats.
