Not sure ... there were personnel problems with the contractors that were never resolved, and the contract was too short to resolve.

I was promised training, and advancement to handle more reasonability, never happened. When asked about it they laid me off after decades of service

They make all kinds of promises of training, and advancement..... doesn't happen.
