About
Description
As field adjusters, we are responsible for investigating insurance claims to determine the extent of responsibility on behalf of an insurance company. We have to inspect homes, offices, and vehicles along with interviewing applicants and witnesses to regulate the amount of money to be paid out. Our job duties include examining damages to people and property, interviewing spectators, policemen, and subject experts. We also have to determine the financial value owed to the applicant. We have to collect information from a variety of sources to check insurance accountability as per the extent of the property or personal damage.
Core tasks:
- investigating property damage and physical damages
- preparing and giving out claim reports
- discussing payments with the applicants
- assembling and gathering data and information from sources
