About Field Associate

What does a Field Associate do?

As Field Associates, we supervise the general service support team and assist in all field activities in a company. Working in an office environment, we work as a subordinate to the Head of Office. We keep recurrent internal interactions with team members and develop an understanding of respective needs. We are tasked with ensuring the delivery of problems. We make connections with officials of national and international organizations and regional leaders. Monitoring the implementation of high-quality assistance is also at our end.

Core tasks:

  • undertaking regular visits to operational sites and assess the needs of relevant persons and groups
  • keeping regular contacts with the local authorities
  • act as an interpreter when needed
  • contributing to the development of status and progress reports
  • assisting in the administrative tasks including preparation of reports and conduct meetings
