As Field Coordinators, we oversee work in the field for timely completion of the project. We ensure the deployment of enough staff for the project work. Our focus is to plan schedules for day-to-day operations. We assist the Project Manager in handling the finance. Our task also includes ensuring adequate materials supply. We inspect supply materials to verify order completeness. As Field Coordinators, we maintain records of the work progress. Safety is a big concern in fieldwork. We ensure that each worker follows safety regulations during work. We are also responsible for approving employees' leaves. Besides this, we communicate with the client as well as receive feedback about work.
