Passionate, dedicated, and driven, Information Builders employees are some of the most talented and creative professionals in the industry. esponsible for setting the quarterly/annual field event marketing strategy and managing the marketing relationship with assigned field sales regional directors and/or vice president for the region. He or she will be accountable for aligning quarterly marketing plans with sales objectives and driving and measuring those plans to maximize revenue potential within established expense budget requirements. Create and manage lead generation programs to meet pipeline development needs including but not limited to hosted events, industry tradeshows, direct marketing campaigns, customer touch strategies, webinars, tele-sales campaigns, 3rd party campaigns and various other marketing tactics to support the field sales organization. Required tight collaboration with internal and external resources. Responsibilities: Develop thoughtful, scalable and efficient field marketing programs that support and align with the IB Sales team's priorities, pipeline and revenue goals. Expand Information Builders reach with prospects while effectively re-engaging and nurturing existing customers. Partner and collaborate with account-based marketing, solutions marketing, sales team, channel marketing, and creative teams to create high value campaigns that deliver targeted content and experiences for customers and prospects. Act as primary marketing contact with sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions to ensure alignment. Working closely with other members of the demand generation team to understand activities in market, analyze regional needs against the plan, identify gaps, and develop programs to fill them Maintain comprehensive account profiles, target personas and oversee a database of named accounts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve revenue goals. Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas within named accounts as well as develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and grow contacts within these accounts. Set goals and define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow to maximize pipeline generation and acceleration. Monitor campaign metrics, conduct post-event evaluations, analyze and report results making recommendations for optimization. Maintain full understanding of Marketing Generated Opportunity, Marketing Influenced Opportunity and ROI statistics. Effective project management skills to deliver projects within agreed timeline and in budget. Manage all aspects of event coordination for events including but not limited to PO management, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, accommodations, participant registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production and F&B, and logistics. Collaborate with key stakeholders to set clear objectives and goals for each event/initiatives. Support sales and demand generation teams with tactical campaigns as needed (webinars, workshops, roundtables, highly targeted appointment setting programs, etc.). Experience with pipeline management and driving demand supported by marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) Manage the local program development budget with tight focus on pipeline impact and in line with the financial year and quarterly allocations Drive demand and ensure sufficient pipeline value and coverage against the targets in the market. Track key metrics on marketing to measure efficiency and effectiveness against standard metrics (conversion, volume of leads and value of opportunities, pipeline velocity and revenue from marketing sourced opportunities). Work with Corporate, International Communications, and the International Demand Centre teams to optimise use of web SEO, social networks, blogs, display advertising and search marketing (SEM) to generate leads. Ensure web supports local initiatives Identify opportunities to generate lead activity from existing customers by working closely with Sales to understand where opportunities lie and how these can be turned into business revenue Be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in marketing roles, the majority of which should be in field marketing Bachelor or Masters qualification in Marketing or a Business related subject A passion and experience innovating to exceed targets Experience with pipeline management and driving demand supported by marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) Strong planning, project management and operational skills Experience in B2B marketing and the IT industry
