What does a Field Service Engineer do?

As Field Service Engineers, our primary tasks include installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at various client locations. We provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and fixing hardware or software problems on-site. We also ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety regulations. Regularly training customers on the proper use and upkeep of their equipment is part of our role. We often travel to multiple sites, requiring excellent time management and communication skills to meet the needs of different clients.
