The SSSI Aircraft Maintenance Repair & Overhaul organization is a business which spans commercial and military, fixed and rotary wing aircraft maintenance and is comprised of both long term and transactional contracts with domestic and international customers.

The FSR Must have experience with the H-60A/L/M Blackhawk helicopter and be able to answer all questions about the operation, maintenance, or logistic concerns of the operator relative to the airframe, aircraft systems, avionic/electrical systems, engines and aircraft modifications. The FSR must have experience in performing modifications and maintenance on aircraft airframe and structural systems utilizing tools, blue prints and drawings. shall provide assistance in the start-up and organization of an inventory system, assists maintenance and flight crew personnel in answering technical and operational inquiries, provides on-the-job training (OJT) in fault diagnostics and use of support equipment, and serves as liaison between the company and the user.

Qualifications
Provide on-the-job training in the areas of maintenance and operation techniques relevant to the repair of the H-60 aircraft and equipment, including associated test equipment, with special attention given to adjustment, calibration, trouble-shooting, bench check routine maintenance, and inspection methods.
Candidate must be willing to be on-call 24/7 to support customer AOG requirements.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
Candidate must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport.
Candidate must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a Secret Level security.
Candidate must be willing to travel.
Candidate must adhere to all company and customer EH&S polices and regulation.
Provide guidance and instruction in the use of associated special tools and test equipment.
Provide assistance in identifying areas where additional training may be required.
Demonstrate best method for the installation of modification and retrofit kits.
Render technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems.
Provide an analysis of maintenance program and recommendations that may be beneficial.
Serve as a liaison to Sikorsky and General Electric Company for the exchange of information relative to the maintenance of the aircraft and engines including notification of urgent maintenance difficulties and/or material requirements to ensure rapid response to operator readiness requirements.
Assist the Customer in completing and submitting warranty claims.
The FSR will not perform maintenance for the Customer and will not be responsible for signing off log books or other quality-related documents for work that has been completed on the aircraft.

Education
BA/BS Degree with 2-5+ years experience preferred
OR 10+ relevant years work experience in Field Service

Maintenance / Repair - Other Field Service Representative

Working as Field Service Representatives, our primary responsibility is to provide support in the external and field-related tasks of the customer project. We perform on-site inspections to identify the performance and progress of the projects. We also install new solutions on the site work to guarantee the production of the best possible results. In the role of Field Service Representative, we are accountable for performing validation tests of the equipment that is used in the fieldwork. We also troubleshoot the issues from the fieldwork. We prepare service reports based on the analysis and inspection of the site and provide these reports directly to our managers.
