About Field Staff

What does a Field Staff do?

As Field Staffs, we are responsible for every little thing that happens both on and off-site. Our tasks involve regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs, removing debris, erecting scaffolding, loading-unloading building materials, assisting with operating heavy equipment, and assisting contractors, electricians and painters if required. Furthermore, we input holes, tunnels, and shafts if necessary. We must follow all health and safety regulations both on and off-site. We are hardworking and reliable in times of need and assistance, and we need to be healthy, strong, and fit for any tough work that may come to us. We are required to participate in various construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from our site supervisor.

Core tasks:

  • preparing construction sites, materials, and tool
  • loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment
  • removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites
