Great company. Amazing benefits. helpful friendly, kind group of people. Customers were also fantastic. I only left the company because my husband retired, and we moved outside of their footprint. I would go back to work for them in a heartbeat. I miss all of my team members. I had a very unique position. I would travel form banking center to banking center. I filled in for vacations, leave of absences and shorthanded. I would stay for a week or a day at each branch. I was able to meet everyone within the two regions that AI was lucky enough to work in. If I ever needed help from a manager, they were all will to take the time.

Pros and Cons
Quarterly bonus, friendly atmosphere, employee appreciation weeks with free lunches and gifts
none I enjoyed every benefit

I was the only woman working at this office for a little while and the men treated me professionally as well as feeling as part of the team/family. The manager, Serge Howard, was a hard working, personable, knowledgable man who led us by example not just by words. If we were busy, he never hesitated to jump in and open a drawer to help us out as well as the customers. The staff were a mix of ages and we were all in different phases of our lives, so it made for a good combination to learn from each other professionally as well as personally.

Pros and Cons
paid time off for part time associates
at the time, the company pushed too much sales

I wouldn’t recommend anyone work for Fifth Third. It was a great place when I first started, but they don’t care for their employees and they especially don’t care for their customers. Those in management do not care for anything other than their own paychecks. I was told that if we’re busy I was not to stop for lunch not should I be allowed to have a bathroom break.

Pros and Cons
There is bo pro
Pay, work life balance, treated horribly
