Position Summary:

The Finance M&A Manager/Senior Analyst role will include financial analysis, financial diligence, legal documentation review, and project completion. This role will partner across multiple business functions throughout the M&A of new partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in evaluating potential acquisition targets and creating deal models with focus on top-line productivity, revenue accounting, expense forecasting, and balance sheet evaluation.
  • Perform financial diligence with limited information during a compressed timeline with an emphasis on detail and accuracy.
  • Prepare Executive and Business Partner communications, updates and presentations.
  • Collaborate in the financial management and execution of M&A transactions and budget integration.
  • Create presentation materials for executives and deliver presentations as required.
  • Help project manage during diligence, integration planning, and integration execution.
  • Document integration milestones, cross-functional deliverables, and decisions, in the interest of helping the company scale their M&A growth.
  • Identify and guide project teams through the numerous operational complexities that acquisitions highlight.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 4-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong financial modeling, financial analysis, and business valuation experience
  • Excellent prioritization, time management and organization skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands with proven results.
  • High regard and sensitivity to the confidential nature of transaction work and pending potential partnerships
  • Ability to provide exceptional modeling and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and overall project management,
  • Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
