As Financial Aid Advisors, we facilitate the customers’ financial aid file review by thoroughly verifying the application’s information and assessing the validity of each document, and contact them to perform any needed correction or to provide additional information. We are also responsible for managing federal grants and loan origination and disbursement reporting or (COD) while monitoring any existing enrollment to a federal aid grand. We assist in the aid transfer process to the accounting department, handle regular reconciliation of accounts for assigned programs, and serve as a Certifying Official to recipients of Veterans Benefits.
