About Financial Counselor

What does a Financial Counselor do?

We, financial counselors, assist clients with different financial application processes. We offer advice and required information to the individuals facing financail difficulty. It is our duty to attend meetings and participate in finance-related presentations. We help our clients write financial applications. Some of us assist clients with financial arrangements. Also, we have to collect liabilities from the clients. While working in the financial sector, we explain our clients about the process of applying for a loan and what are the terms to pay back the amount. Once clients agree to take a loan, we follow up with them to ensure that the information provided is complete and accurate.

  • reporting issues and problems to supervisors
  • verifying the employment details of clients
  • complying with the companies’ regulations and rules
