About Financial Planning Associate

What does a Financial Planning Associate do?

As Financial Planning Associates, we assist and support a senior Financial Planner as they advise clients. We analyze financial options using clients' data to make projections that help the senior advisor or planner prepare for their clients' meetings. We are also responsible for managing the client's assets by coordinating financial planning and wealth management while keeping regular contact to update them on any change. We also assist the senior Financial Planner in managing the investment portfolio and retirement planning.

Core tasks:

  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and scheduling appointments
  • attend client and team meetings to identify any change that might affect the financial strategy
  • gather information regarding client finances, prepare reports, and complete special projects are required
