As Fire CHIEFS, we discuss with the Fire Board the short and long-range vision for the District regularly. We are also responsible for effectively coordinating with other departments in order to plan, organize and direct multiple activities relating to the company’s broad missions and goals. We ensure that every employee is following all department’s policies, procedures, and regulations by inspecting them regularly. We also organize Fire Board meetings and work sessions to present reports to the board on the overall effectiveness of operations and the administration of departments and make recommendations to implement corrective policy changes.
