Firefly Aerospace

Any company that lives by the moniker "we are a start-up" has failed from its leadership down. Work life balance is non-existent and one employee is expected to do the job of 2 or more. Burnout in this company is high working at the launch site and support is based on who you are not on the needs to get your job complete. My recommendation is to get in, take all the experience you can and get out to move up as there is no loyalty and support to grow within Firefly.
