Based on my research and considering my experience and the job description, I believe a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 would be appropriate for this position. I have 15 years of experience in the field and have earned a relevant certification, which I believe adds value to my candidacy.

the interview Process was pretty simple, but only because I had my interview several years ago when the department was still around 10 people. However, I believe the interview process has changed over the years because of the rapid growth of the company. The department has now grown around 80 people and is continuously growing. Naturally, competition is also rising.
