3 years. Operating on the Black on the p&l 20 million in revenue in 3 years. 1st six months safety and trading manager along with shop manager tried to hire a mechanic without my approval. Fired trading manager. Didn’t fire shop manager who was mainly responsible for termination 3 years later by dishonesty. Guess a should have fired him as well. Lesson learned Drivers were great. One dispatcher has no integrity. My AGM WAS AWESOME but I needed her to let me run yard. All I’m all a great company with a few vet bad apples.

Pros and Cons
Free lunches.
Backstabbing and honestly is not a priority

I received training for my CDLs and got an opportunity to work with great people. It's a very independant type of job once you get started, however still very family oriented in regards to support on any type of issue, even personal.

Pros and Cons
Work/Life balance great! Opportunities to make additional money unlimited

I love working with children I have pulled my own. But during this time of covid my work environment was compromised due to the school systems way of handling the pandemic. When you have someone at home whom health you must consider due to their age and health issues, it was just not a choice I had to leave. I will not return unless a better work environment is made for the Bus Drivers.

Pros and Cons
The pros are the children, you grow to love them.
Drivers put the safety online, but there's no acknowledgment.
