Very flexible, but the cafe was only open till 3pm so I wasn’t challenged

as a server, the hours should be flexible because there are other servers to switch with. Usually the managers are good about scheduling. The restaurant is open 7 am to 2:30 pm everyday with the weekends being very busy so plan to work just about every weekend.
