About Fiscal Specialist

What does a Fiscal Specialist do?

Functioning as Fiscal Specialists, our primary responsibility is to receive and distribute the invoices of payments. We oversee the management of payables and deliverables. Our primary goal is to ensure the proper completion of manual entries. We prepare annual and quarterly payroll reports to keep proper records of our customers and inventories. In the role of Fiscal Specialist, we are accountable for processing the orders and preparing the data files. We review and reconcile the account payments and check the accuracy of register entries. We work collaboratively with the other team members of the fiscal departments to complete the assigned work of the department within the given timeline.

Core tasks:

  • communicating with external and internal vendors
  • preparing and processing payable entries
  • reviewing the prepared reports of customer accounts
  • assisting in the management of cost payments
  • performing other duties as assigned
