Fiserv Company Reviews and Ratings
Care Representative
Philippi, WV - April 18, 2025
At Fiserv, I specialized in managing customer complaints and inquiries related to their cards. I provided comprehensive information about the bank's products and services, including explanations for card declines and assistance in resolving these issues.
As a promoted Dispute Expert, I took the lead in initiating and managing disputes on behalf of cardholders, keeping them informed on the progress of their cases. I actively assisted cardholders in verifying transactions to identify potentially fraudulent activity, working diligently to resolve cases and enable them to resume using their cards.
Pros and Cons
health insurance benefits, paid time off
Performance-based bonuses or incentives, salary increase

Slow moving ship that once in motion allowed the collaborative teams to accomplish great things. Experienced the advantage of a .Net developer working in a predominately Java development shop where there was much more discipline to the development. Never wanted it to end.
Pros and Cons
Great people, softball team.
High level executives playing high level games have litte regard for employees

Business channel support- supervisor
Dublin, OH - November 7, 2024
Fiserv provided me an amazing career over multiple decades, provided competitive pay& benefits & allowed me to plan for my future. My direct supervisor was the best boss I ever had & I was sad when I had to go(via layoff) as I made so many amazing connections with my co-workers that would be diminished with my layoff. I have nothing bad to say about Fiserv despite my layoff- they treated me well & compensated me well
Pros and Cons
Large community of co-workers, most of which are always willing to help out whenever you need help.
Difficult work/ personal life due to long hours

I was relocating in my state. The current remote position I had, I wasn’t able to stay with them. I had to live within 50 miles.
I found Fiserv & luckily enough to be hired. They do amazing training & are right there to help & guide you. I would love to work for them again!!
Pros and Cons
Great training & help when you need it
I can’t think of a con for this company

Manager of Software Development
Alpharetta, GA - September 16, 2024
Fiserv tried to keep benefits competitive. I did not find the organization to be supportive. It seemed that the information flow was one way. Down from upper management.
I managed a legacy mainframe software development group. Understandably, we were not a fashionable, glamorous application since we were old school, but we did generate a lot revenue for the company. Management did not seem interested in the development staffs concerns and ideas on retaining and maintaining a viable development group.
Pros and Cons
Benefits were okay.
communications and support lack.

I worked for Fiserv for 6 months, had a great manager and great co-workers. Unfortunately, my tenure was truncated because it is a publicly held company and answers to it's shareholders more than its associates.
Pros and Cons
Great facility in Frisco Texas. Was a hybrid position (on site 50%). Parking garage, on-site gym.
Publicly held company

Enjoyed my brief but fulfilling role as a Sr. BSA. The work was challenging, but not overwhelming, and the ramp up support was good. Benefits are second to none, and all members of my team were extremely supportive.
Pros and Cons
Challenging work, great support from my team, covered parking, great benefits
No full-time remote option, hybrid only

I joined Fiserv as a Fresher trainee back in 2019. The onboarding was smooth and cooperative. The team warmly welcomed me, gave an introduction about the work happening and introduce me to all the project work. We received training from the Reveal group on Blue Prism for 3 Months and started working on delivering Blue Prism RPA Projects. Got an opportunity to work on a Data science project for a banking Business continuity plan, and also on a full stack python development project for Fiserv and clients named Patching Portal.
Being part of the Intelligent automation team, we also got exposure working on Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate. We also explore low code no code tools like Outsystems and Appian.
I have completed my Blue prism AD01 and UIPath Certification while working with Fiserv.
Pros and Cons
Open Culture, Helpful Colleagues, Challenging work and partying hard
Commute was costly

No company should have the tech issues this company does. People are unable to access their money more often than should. The managers are not there to answer your questions or treat you like you are stupid. One manager is not ethical and should not be in a manager position. No one in charge on weekends. They should pay more for putting up with the issues.
Pros and Cons
None that I can think of.
To many to list

Fiserv is on mandatory over time. You will be lucky to have one day off a week. If you work 12 hour shift, your will work 12 hours of OT on your day. You will be double pointed if you do not show up on your OT day. If you try to schedule a doctors appointmet on your day off and you find out you have to work, they will now work with you. They will tell you to reschedule your appointment. The company is over working their employee. The mangament will not get on the floor to help meet deadlines. They just now went to being open 24hours a day with NO Holidays off. Yes not even Christmass.
Pros and Cons
Every once in a while they do provide pizza. Not very often
Mandatory overtime every week. You will be lucky to have just one day off.

Since the selling to First data, the company no longer has decent values. Dont expect raises, dont expect work/life balance.
Expect to be overworked and underpaid.
Expect 50+ hour weeks as most staff is leaving
Leadership is inept and seems to not care.
Theres not one alpha leader left.
Everyone that was good is either waiting to find something better or has left.
They took away 401k for no reason, and now are doing it again at 25% what it used to be.
They are not replacing people as they leave, which leaves to infighting and survival of the fittest type culture, or favorites.
Pros and Cons
Absolutely NONE at this time
Avoid at all costs, there are too many cons to list.

If you fancy being underpaid, working nights and weekends without compensation, being rated on illusory/corporate-speak goals instead of you job performance. If you fancy being beholden to project managers who make impossible promises to banks. If you fancy doing the job of 2-3 (if you are lucky) former employees, if you fancy working with a bunch of untouchable bullies.....well, maybe Fiserv might be the place for you.
Pros and Cons
Remote work opportunities
Low pay, no bonuses, managers who have no clue of your job responsibilities,
