What does a Fitness Director do?

As Fitness Directors, we lead, train and oversee daily gym activities and operations. We include activities such as auditing fitness programs and try to bring maximum effectiveness and shift schedule system with a task assigned to each staff member. Our Fitness Directors have a strong and profound financial background in finance and therefore are able to manage cost control measures and budgets. With each program we adopt an outgoing and friendly demeanour and are adept to work under immense pressure along with complaint resolution system, to handle employees and customer complaints at the same time.
