About Fitness Manager

What does a Fitness Manager do?

As fitness managers, we are in charge of leading and managing the day-to-day plans and activities of their services. We work in their best interests, both as customers and as a business. It is our responsibility to purchase, sell, and manage on-site facilities, as well as requisition and manage their team of personal trainers. We organize staff schedules, generate revenue-generating ideas and decisions, handle crises, and, in some cases, give prospective clients tours of the gym.

Core tasks:

  • requisitioning new equipment and ensuring that current equipment is clean and well maintained
  • expanding the company by renovating the current location and looking for new facilities.
  • maintaining regular communication with clients
  • understanding of their needs so that new services can be developed to help them.
