Probably one of the most unorganized corporate catering companies I have ever worked at. The production lists, prep list and order guides are almost always inconsistent with each other. Management is hard to talk to, I don't know if this is just a language barrier or management style. Also, when short staffed, you are told that they company can get help through temp services or through app based temp services but usually does not to the extent that is needed. For example, the team is short 3 people and management only gets one temp employee for the team. This creates more stress on the employees that are currently there. Overall the workload and stress doesnt not reflect in pay.

Pros and Cons
Free food, unionized
management, work load, pay, work culture, gossip between management and staff

I only worked there for a few months, but I learned a lot and they made me feel at home. The only reason I left was because we moved out of state because my daughter was in a horrific car accident or else I would still be there today.

Pros and Cons
Everyone’s very friendly and professional very supportive
I have no cons I loved working there
