About Fleet Coordinator

What does a Fleet Coordinator do?

As Fleet Coordinators, we coordinate the maintenance and repairs of fleet. We plan for the preventive maintenance, track the completion of planned maintenance activities. We are also responsible for controlling the inventory of spare parts and tires for proper coordination of emergency repairs. We as fleet coordinators undertake the acquisition or leasing of replacement vehicles to assist those that break down. We liaise with suppliers of parts and providers of repair services such mechanics by keeping their updated contact lists. We are also tasked with monitoring of fuel consumption levels for all the vehicles of the business. We are also in charge of keeping the full records of vehicles and their drivers.

  • improving fleeting management processes
