About Fleet Driver

What does a Fleet Driver do?

As Fleet Drivers, we are tasked with purchasing and maintain new vehicles and coordinate with technicians in order to ensure that they safe for the road. We also determine whether to lease or buy the vehicles based on its asking price and the company’s monthly cash flow while assisting and overseeing the hiring of new drivers. We develop new efficient driving schedules to maximize profits while ensuring that drives with prolonged night shifts are adequately compensated.

  • train and coach new staff members
  • register and license all vehicles
