Fleming's is a restaurant that serves only prime cuts, fresh seafood, fine spirits, has 100 wines by the glass and over 100 wines available by the bottle only. I would go to work in the afternoons and do my assigned sidework and make sure my section was perfect.

Managers are required to work 11 hour days. Rarely I'll work a 9 hour day. More often than I enjoy I'll work a 12 to 14 hour day. My Upper management frequently asks me to come to work or answer phone/emails on my days off.

Management and crew is great! Hours are flexible and compensation is great considering the hours. An early shift starts at 4:30pm and the latest you probably get off is around 11:30, which would be considered a loonnnggg shift.
