Position Summary:
Conduct ground training and aircrew integrated training, for flight crew transition, recurrent training and initial
operating experience using all levels of Airbus Training Center training resources and customer aircraft. Travel within the
US and to foreign countries, including extended assignments at these locations is a position requirement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Specific Responsibilities Flight Training Instructor/Pilot:
Administer and conduct recurrent and re-qualification training. Conduct ground and flight simulator training and
testing to include ZFTT, loft, and skills tests.
Conduct initial operating experience, line assistance and line support flight duties as PIC or SIC as required.
Perform duties of Team Leader on IOE missions when assigned.
Conduct all flight duties in accordance with Internal Standards and/or Flight Crew Training Manual or
appropriate regulatory document.
Assist with production test flight / ferry and delivery when requested
Review and recommend change in courseware or course content to improve the overall effectiveness of
instruction for transition, recurrent and IOE programs.
Maintain competency, qualification, and currency on Airbus version(s) assigned by the Director / Flight.
Operations Support. Maintain regulating bodies' certification for PIC duties including but not limited to a (First)
Class Medical Certificate.
Coordinate IOE missions and act as team leader when required
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
Minimum 5 years' experience in airline operations. Airline flight operations management would be
advantageous.
Minimum of 8000 hours of total flight time
Minimum of 2000 hours of Jet experience
Minimum of 2000 hours as PIC on multi-pilot aircraft
Minimum of 5 years of airline experience
Minimum of 500 hours as Training Captain conducting IOE (Initial Operating Experience) training.
Minimum of 1000 hours of Airbus experience.
Strong presentation skills, both oral and written and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office applications
with high aptitude in MS PowerPoint.
Education / Special Qualifications:
Valid Airline Transport Pilot Certificate issued by the FAA.
A320 type rating
Current FAA First Class medical certificate

I have been a flight instructor for 5 years, teaching students of various skill levels and helping them obtain their pilot licenses.
As flight instructors, we develop the instruction material after insights and analysis. We assist the experts and offer supporting documents. We instruct the events and staff. We administer the instruments for regulated functions. We are responsible for preparing the instructional manuals. We also provide instructional manuals to staff and students. Our duties also include training the students for aircrew work. We offer assistance and training to the aircrew. We create instruction manuals for different departments. We provide practical training on various topics, such as aircraft systems and operations. Some of us also provide theoretical lectures to the students.
