What does a Floor Supervisor do?

As Floor Supervisors, we are responsible for maintaining guestrooms and working spaces safely and orderly. We coordinate regular housekeeping operations. We supervise room attendants to ensure that guests have a good experience. Cleaning the guest rooms, corridors, and core of the floor's house section is also a part of our duty. We check the occupied rooms by giving special attention to guest needs. Working as Floor Supervisors, we are responsible for performing operations as per established standards. We assist the housekeeping manager in training the subordinates. Finally, achieve meaningful results from guest inquiries in a timely and effective way.

  • inspecting guest rooms regularly to ensure that they meet standards
  • ensuring overall guest satisfaction
  • collaborating with other departments where necessary
