FOH Manager

As FOH Managers, we supervise the interview and hiring process for hosts, servers, buzzers, and bartenders. We manage, direct and actively participate in the training of personnel. We supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room and guest contact areas, including restrooms and any coat check areas.

Core tasks:

• managing the reception, telephone, room reservations
• delivering the professional greeting of customers and visitors
• monitoring, managing the catering and cleaning contracts
• making sure the team leaders and supervisors coordinate their staff to make sure the delivery of outstanding FOH services
• developing strong communication and line reporting procedures to guide service implementation making enhancements
