We organize and maintain a professional environment for the optimal working of the staff. We also manage overall profit and loss statements. Working as Food and Beverage Managers, we are responsible for ensuring stock levels in inventory. We order, manage and retrieve supplies. We also complete production reports. Finally, we control the distribution of necessary supplies.
