What does a Food and Beverage Supervisor do?

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, my primary tasks include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining hygiene standards. I work closely with the kitchen and service staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.
