Culture and Values
The job duties and responsibilities kept changing without adequate training to keep up. Teachers were unfairly evaluated and not given an opportunity to advance. Kids were not disciplined as needed, state scores deteriorated, and teachers always got blamed. We could not get equipment in the classroom repaired but were still held to a high standard we could not reach. I, like many others, chose to retire and others got out of education.

Pros and Cons
summers , weekends, and holidays you did not have to work
If you did not rub shoulders with the right people, you got no where.
