From the start, Forum was a great company to qork for. Always taking input from facility leaders and providing guidance for improvement. As Forum grew, they brought in more outside leadership and looked away from onsight leadership. Put there trust into outsiders with NO knowledge of the issues arrising at each facility. Leadership began to depend on knowledge promised from New hired leaders instead of the Management at each facility. Each facilty began to fail due to the lack of knowledge from New Hire Executives.. Typical Lazyness from the top!!
