Fox News Channel or Fox, is an American multinational broadcast channel, offering conservative cable news on television and other forms of media consumption. The channel is a subsidiary of the Fox Corporation, a mass media company, and was launched on October 7th, 1996, to appeal to conservatives, by Rupert Murdoch, as a subscription-based news network. The channel’s headquarters and the studio are present at 1211 Avenue of the Americas, New York, United States, broadcasting content primarily to the USA and Canada, and offering some programs to the international platform. The channel offers up to 15 hours of live broadcasting per day, also operating content for the Fox Broadcasting Company, in addition to the mainstream news media. A massive workforce is in effect under the company, which averages close to 3.6 million viewers, every day, with further job opportunities present as a researcher, producer, and a part of the production team.
