About Framer

What does a Framer do?

As Framers, we are responsible for constructing or repairing the framework of commercial, industrial buildings, and residential structures. Our job is to determine the dimensions of the framework for construction. We cut and measure the required building materials according to the provided specifications. Our job is to form the framework by assembling the materials. We ensure that structures are exactly vertical or horizontal by using plumb bobs and levels. We install temporary supports for structures after the construction of frames, staircases, and flooring.

Core tasks:

  • cutting and shaping building materials by measuring them accurately
  • use screw, bolts, and nuts by using building materials
  • checking damaged or structurally unsound framework and performing repairs
