What does a Franchise Owner do?

As Franchise Owners, we are responsible for conducting business under an established brand. We recruit and train employees, maintain records and implement legal regulations. We comply with branding instructions and maintain the quality and service standards. Dealing with customers and addressing and resolving their complaints is one of our daily responsibilities. We ensure every person working in the company follows the franchisor’s rules. We recruit and train new employees and create local marketing campaigns. Working as Franchise Owners, we allocate budgets and select effective marketing strategies. We also monitor and manage funds required and issued for the company.
