Those at the bottom and the very top are great to work with unfortunately decisions and processes are left to mid-level managers who blame everyone but themselves when things fail. There are too many fractured departments that have no idea what each other are doing offers little to no customer service to clients and contractor workers. The 'it's not my job, don't know who to call' is unfortunately the pervasive attitude at Frank Recruitment Group. And anyone who you need to get an answer from doesn't answer the phone even if you do get the number. Sadly, this is a company that could be great, but not currently.
