I enjoyed working for the company when I first hired on with them and only had a few concerns that I ignored. One of those concerns was that We were supposed to have a 30-minute lunch break, but we were required to clock back in at our 25-minute time. Most of the time my managers would clock me out without telling me which wouldn't give me enough time to eat if I was. The reason I left is because I asked for days off so I could go on vacation with my family, the next day, I went from working 6 days a week and doing 10 hours every day when I was only supposed to be working 4 to 5 hours, when they cut me, I was working one day a week and only 3 to 4 hours and was being sent home early. My pay was also dropped from $10.50 to $9.50.

Pros and Cons

Free custard and food at the end of the night.

Management was horrible and so were working conditions.

I enjoyed working there learning new things seeing people smile and happy. I loved interacting with different customers and seeing parents and coaches bring there school teams in for the custard and food after their games. Freddy’s was a great place to work while I was in high school. I worked there from November of 2017 to April of 2019. I soon became cross trained on both cold pine and hotline and was a cold line trainer.

Honestly if you asked me what burger place I would definitely recommend Freddy's, because not only do their steak burgers rock. But throw in the Fry sauce and fry combo, plus being a pinnacle of customer service makes their custard even sweeter.

About 2 weeks. The steps are apply, interview, orientation, on the job training for your first 10 days

Freddys was my first job and it was like a family there everyone is really nice they help make u a good schedule the shift fly by fast it is fun but it can be stressful when super busy but overall great work place

. now I understand why don't I see a lot of job openings because I don't think so anybody quits their job from this restaurant.

Most co-workers are pretty cool, management at least showed apreciation even to the crappiest workers which was nice. good starting job, wouldn'd reccomend making a career out of it.

It was my first job and they gave me that experience. I am always going to appreciate Freddy’s for hiring me and breaking me out my shell . Thank yall , I would definitely recommend working there, they are so nice and comprehensive.

The taste of the burgers and hotdogs are so good. There French fries are even better. The frozen custards are even better. When I was there we had employee discounts

They have great structure and mangers and they play by the rules. They made us have our mask on at all times and tried to use time wisely while u where on the clock and gave breaks when needed
