Position: OTC Clerk

Location: Tampa, FL

Responsible for assisting staff in a variety of tasks that help maintain proper work flow and meet time sensitive deadlines within the Over the Counter (OTC) department.

  • Perform other duties, but not limited to: Receives Over the Counter (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies.

  • Ability to lift reasonable weight, up to 25 lbs.

  • Conducts outbound calls to members and/or providers as needed; Communicates with other company departments regarding address and PCP changes. Receives, verifies and uploads PCP faxes.

  • Receives inventory from vendor and checks against shipping manifests. Assesses stock supply and reorder status.

  • Prepares and verifies requisitions of additional stock items.

  • Unpacks and distributes supplies in a timely manner ensuring proper placement, location and rotation of stock.

  • Fills and refills over the counter drug orders in corresponding bins according to part and lot numbers.

  • Picks items according to printed requests. Verifies orders printed by the OTC system. Verifies product, lot number, expiration date and quantity are correct. Packs and labels orders for shipping.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; six months to one year related experience required; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

    I live in CA but moved to CO for this job in Nov 2020. I was so excited and I loved the job. I was learning so much was very happy with my team. Fast forward to April 2021 and my position had been eliminated and was told this and less than a month later I was let go. I uprooted my entire life to move and was let go after only 5 months. I understand a reduction in force but little to no warning. I moved back to CA and really have nothing to show for when it comes to that job. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

    Nothing to share, it was a good job and good experience. Not sure what else to say but I worked at Convergys in Pueblo as a customer service representative for Anthem

    Great training, fun pot lucks and good supervisor.
    Can't take break when you want and have to stay seated too long.
