About Freight Broker

What does a Freight Broker do?

As Freight Brokers, we are responsible for continuously generating new leads and attracting prospects, and developing the company’s sales pipelines by identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services. We provide our customers with the best shipping quotes and book their orders with the cheapest and fastest carriers to then, assist with preparing the carriers for loads and track the loads’ status. We also collaborate with other shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs while keeping an accurate record of all relevant activities.

Core tasks:

  • update our customers on the status of their shipment
  • stay up-to-date with current market trends in the transportation marketplace
