Started working as a temp to hire and after 6 months they had a hiring freeze. Needed a full time job with benefits.
Its a great place to work every one is very excited about helping you learn and grow.

First job out of college. I'd do it again but only stay a year. Not much potential for growth or learning beyond a year. Team building was comical - trace your hand to make Turkeys for Thanksgiving, trick or treat for Halloween, etc. First and second level leadership is solid. High turnover rate with little room for promotion unless someone leaves.
Pros and Cons
The people I worked with I'm still friends with today.
Growth within the company is scarce and expanding your skills is slim to none.
